AutoWest reviews return requests based on product condition, fitment details, supplier rules, and order status. Uninstalled parts in original packaging are generally the easiest to review, while electrical items, special-order parts, mounted tires, and used components may have additional restrictions.
If an item arrives damaged or does not match the confirmed order, contact AutoWest promptly with photos, packaging details, and the order number. We will review the issue and provide the next step for replacement, credit, or return authorization.
Do not ship items back without authorization. Approved returns must be packaged securely and sent according to the instructions provided by AutoWest.
